A blast from the past

This unit of night goblins, the yellow moons, is painted in the fashion of my first unit of night goblins. That unit has been lost over time but now over 15 years later the original color scheme is restored on these devilish gits.

The quest is over

Warhammer Quest came along this June and the story of a village under siege was the tale.
This was painting commission that was not only fun to paint but also exciting to try new things. Many of the figures were new models never painted by me before. Soon the quest pieces will be heading to their home in California.
Their story is just beginning!

A hero rises!

The wolves attack, but not the villagers but the creatures! Out from behind comes another figure... That of a barbarian hero.
The barbarian and his wolves crush pirate bones, extinguish the elementals, smash the pumpkins and snap the necks of the Druchii!
After the last of the bodies hit the ground, the barbarian turned to the villagers and said "Any more of them?"

Did you hear that?

The villagers are surrounded. The creatures move in on our villagers slowly.
Suddenly...

Wolves howling and snarling come rushing toward the group.

And grizzly ghouls from every tomb...

What could be worse than pumpkin beasts, a witch, undead pirates, rampaging elementals and dark elf assassins?
Out of the mists come ghouls! The funk of forty thousand years precedes the hideous shambling hoard now closing in to seal the doom of our imperiled townsfolk.
