Tales to Astonish: New logo?

Hi there Friends and Neighbors, Have you heard?  Tales to Astonish is getting it's own web show featuring many short horror, scifi and other films hosted by the vivacious Ms. Bat, the enigmatic Tiberius J. Frogg and yours truly.  

What do you think of the new logo idea?  This is one of many, let us know your thoughts!

    Yes, I watch all the shows of Tales to Astonish but I have a question about your logo. before finalizing it did you guys checked its trademark is available or not? Trademark terminal is offering trademark logo design search for all those who make these types of mistakes.
